And to provide highly experienced and qualified professionals, who have retired from full-time employment, with gainful and stimulating work thus increasing their sense of worth and well being.

Business Owners
Post a Project
Business Owners, who have become GHM Members, and who need professional advise can always post their projects for free. They will automatically begin to receive bids from our Advisors.
Alternatively you can browse through our Advisors' profiles and make a direct offer to one of them through the GHM Website.
Choose the Best Advisor
Business owners can browse Advisors' profiles.
They can compare Advisors' proposals and select the best one for their needs.
They can award the project, agree the terms and the Advisor goes to work.
Pay when you are satisfied
You can track progress on your project so you always know what is going on, what is getting done and what still needs doing.
Business owners can pay safely by using Milestone Payments - releasing payments according to a schedule of goals agreed with your Advisor, or pay your Advisor only upon completion.
Retired Professionals
Retired Professionals wishing to become Advisors to Business Owners must first become GHM members. Having done so, Advisors can search for projects they might find attractive and bid on them.
Advisors can ask Business Owners for milestone payments to make sure that their hard earned fees get to them safely.
