KYC & ID Verification
GHM’s Know Your Customer (“KYC”) is an identity verification process that ensures a safer online workplace for all GHM Members. Successful completion of the KYC and ID Verification process is a pre-condition for becoming a GHM Member.
Advisors, as defined in the Terms and Conditions section of this website, must open an account with Stripe Connect , GHM's payment platform., to qualify for GHM membership. Only individuals , not companies, can apply for GHM Membership as Advisors , although payments for their services can be made to companies they are associated with. Stripe Connect requires a KYC and ID Verification process to be completed by each applicant. Following successful completion of this process GHM will not require further KYC or ID Verification from that applicant.
For Business Owners , as defined in the Terms and Conditions section of this website , GHM operates two distinct programs. A program for prospective Members who are individuals and a program for prospective Members that are companies (“Corporate KYC”) with additional requirements.
Business Owners who seek to become GHM Members solely as individuals are required to verify their identities through Stripe Identity only.
